All our staff at Kidorama are hand selected to meet our high standards of care. Although the mandatory level of qualification that is required by childcare workers in Ireland is level 5, all of our staff are qualified with at least Level 5 and we have staff qualified up to Level 8.

We provide all our staff with ongoing internal training for any new initiatives that are implemented in childcare. Their provides our facility with the high standard of care that we are known for in the community.

All our staff have garda clearance, up to date first aid, fire training and child protection.
